#6 Beef Bottom Round/Rump Roast: Easy Crock Pot Rump Roast
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 10 Hours Ready In: 10 Hours 10 Min. Serves 8
Ingredients
• 6 lb. Beef Bottom Round / Rump Roast
• 1 Yellow Onion, large dice
• 1 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
• 1 Tbsp.Paprika
• 2 tsp. Chili Powder
• ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• ½ tsp. Garlic
• ¼ tsp. Mustard Powder
• ½ Cup Beef Stock or Broth
Directions
1. Combine all the spices above together and mix well.
2. Generously rub this spice mixture all over your rump roast to your taste liking.
3. Line the bottom of your crock pot with your diced onions.
4. Place your seasoned roast on top.
5. Pour in your beef stock.
6. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or until the internal temperature of the rump roast is at least 145°F.
