Visit the Apple iTunes or Google Play App store. Search for FoodMaxx. Download the app.

The app enables our shoppers to: 

• Shop via Instacart (Home Delivery) 
• Search and select Digital Offers and Coupons 
• View the weekly ad (Print AD or List View) 
• View and download recipes 
• Build a shopping list from the AD, Recipes and/or Manually 
• Find a store 

Coupons are digitized versions of manufacturer coupons.

Offers are special promotions for discounts on products, and other promotional offerings on a limited or rotating basis. Offer values and the terms of each offer may vary. Offers can be added to your account by logging onto the website or the program's mobile application and selecting Offers, redeeming at an appropriate participating store. Offers must be loaded to an account before they can be redeemed in-store. 

Offers have varying expiration dates. Please see each offer for details on expiration dates. 

To view, load, and redeem Offers log into your account via the web or mobile device. 

Go to MAXX Offers (online & mobile device). Select Offers. Here you can view all available Offers. Click the plus mark to add an Offer to your account. To redeem an Offer: select the item with the offer and at checkout simply enter your phone number. The Offer will be applied to your transaction. Offers must be redeemed (picked-up) within the promotional time, as set-forth in a given offer, or the Offer will expire. 

Push notifications are messages that pop up on your mobile device. Push notifications alert you to special promotions, sales, and other important events. 

Make sure to turn push notifications on to receive time sensitive alerts. These notifications will alert you of special promotions, sales, and other important events. 

Go to settings on your mobile device. Under notifications you can select FoodMaxx. Then turn on alerts. Refer to your phone instructions for more details on turning on notifications. 

Make sure you have the latest version of the FoodMaxx app. Check your app store for updates and update if needed. 

Gift cards for our stores may be purchased at the Customer Service Desk in any of our stores using cash, check or debit card. For an order in bulk, or to check the balance of an existing store gift card, please call 800-924-2959.

Product Request

To solicit outside of a store, you must receive permission from the corporate offices. Please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-800-692-5710 and they will connect you with the correct Property Manager to request permission.
